As a member of the MMA, you can propose songs to the poll and rate the existing polls.
Shai uses the highest rated songs as learning materials for the academy.
Step-by-step Practices
Each song is broken into incremental practice steps, explained in short videos.
You can start with the most simple practices and gradually move to the more complex variations.
We offer 2 different subscription programs:
MMA Community - Beginner level
MMA Plus - Intermediate level
Share your progress

Shai reviews all videos and suggests practice modifications & adjustments based on your progress and challenges.
