How?

The same way I teach guitar can be applied to any inspiring, long term goal you have.

The main challenge is in bridging the gap between the inspiration & vision, with the actual material implementation which takes time, energy & long-term focus, and can feel overwhelming.

What I find extremely helpful is to break down a long-term vision into concrete, 3-month implementation phases.

The first step is to discern between what is essential for now and what isn't, and based on that decide how to focus and create a feeling of progress, momentum and movement in the right direction.

Based on that, and considering the amount of time you can dedicate to make your dream come to fruition -we will create a set of clear, concrete actions that you will commit to for an agreed period of time.

From there we will schedule a series sessions to reflect, evaluate your progress, see where things are stuck, make adjustments and make sure you are moving in the right direction.

Long Lasting Fire

It's easy to feel connected to the inspiration when meditating, visualising, dreaming or having conversations with your friends about your dreams.

Much harder to stay connected with this feeling when you have to spend many hours doing the nitty - gritty, and especially when it "doesn't work" or you are not feeling a sense of progress.

It often feels like "the magic is lost" and from that place people tend to change goals way too quickly, and lose focus.

They constantly chase the "high" feeling of being connected with the vision & inspiration, and resist the feeling of "stuckness" which is actually an essential part of the creation process - when you know how to work with it.

This is where clarity, accountability & commitment are required.
When you take the time to properly get clear about what you want, what you are willing to commit to, and what you expect to have at the end of the 3-month (or other time period agreed upon) - it's easier to stay out of these inner contradicting forces and simply keep moving forward.

Reflection & Fine-tuning

No plan is 100% perfect, and a big part of any significant process is flexibility, trial & error and adjustments.
On the other hand, we don't want to change direction too often, before giving ourselves the chance to make real progress.

This is why it's essential to have pre-planned reflection sessions.

Save yourself the daily waste of energy that comes from constantly doubting yourself and changing directions, by deciding upfront to have a reflection / fine-tuning session where you can honestly reflect on your progress and the effectiveness of your plan.
